    you can not buy fireworks in NY. You have to cross the border some where. We used to go to PA. as far as where to watch them, from the bronx, try the telie.

    Giuliani had banned fireworks years ago, when it was sold in Chinatown. You can try Chinatown again, I don’t know if you’ll get any luck. I have seen seen Fireworks For Sale signs in Stamford, CT, if you can get up there.
